Crumble pudding

Ingredients

  • 500g stewed fruit, apples or quince
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • ½ cup paleo muesli
  • ⅓ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 70g butter

Instructions

  1. Put fruit into baking dish
  2. Melt butter in microwave
  3. Mix with all other ingredients
  4. Cover the fruit with crumble
  5. Bake at 180° until done
