
Ingredients
- 500g stewed fruit, apples or quince
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- ½ cup paleo muesli
- ⅓ cup coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 70g butter
Instructions
- Put fruit into baking dish
- Melt butter in microwave
- Mix with all other ingredients
- Cover the fruit with crumble
- Bake at 180° until done
